Application
Cheeks: apply directly on or under your cheekbones with the Elate Multi-Use brush, Cheek brush, or fingertips. Blend with your fingertips or use a brush for creating a more diffused colour. Lips: use fingertips for a tinted balm like finish, or a lip brush for a more precise application.
