cancelation policy

We have reserved your time of booking just for you.

individual appointments

Please have credit card information available at time of booking for services 2 hours or longer. 24 hour cancellation is required for appointments 2 hours or longer. Services will be charged 50%  for missed appointments or insufficient notification of cancellation.

group appointments

For all group bookings, a credit card will be required at the time of booking. 72 hour cancellation is required for all group bookings. Services will be charged 50% for missed appointments or insufficient notification of cancellation.

products

returns + exchanges

You may return or exchange items if unopened or unused within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer cash or card returns, however a full credit on your account will be applied. If opened and used this does not apply. 

shipping + local delivery

Ground Shipping can take 3-5 business days, you will receive a tracking number once it’s sent out. Illume ships across Canada and charge a flat fee with each order.

Free local delivery in Stratford is available Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from 9am-7pm for all product orders.
